Tar file contains a collection of qced upper-air data that was used in
producing the v3.1 humidity-corrected gridded datasets.
See Ciesielski et al. 2009 for details.

A fortran program for the reading the data is supplied (read_upa.f)

File "stn.info" contains a list of station information (lat., long., elev, etc).
